Bengaluru-based mobile gaming startup Spill Games has raised around Rs 100 crore ($10.5 million) in a Series A round led by Elevation Capital. Existing investors Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital also participated.
The round values the company at around Rs 400 crore, a 3.5X jump from its seed valuation of Rs 115 crore in April 2026, when it raised around Rs 27 crore.
Elevation Capital put in Rs 80 crore, while Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital invested Rs 12.6 crore and Rs 8 crore, respectively. Elevation is now the largest external shareholder with a 20% stake.
Regulatory filings show Spill Games allotted 6,094 compulsory convertible preference shares at an issue price of Rs 1,65,110 per share, along with 10 equity shares. The three co-founders collectively hold 41.23% after the allotment.
Spill Games makes free-to-play casual, puzzle and hybrid-casual mobile games for global audiences. It earns money through advertising and in-app purchases.
The company was founded in 2024 by former PlaySimple Games executives Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan and Harsh Garg. It is building an AI-led mobile gaming studio.
The filing says the fresh proceeds will go toward scaling successful games, expanding the portfolio and investing in user acquisition. Money will also go to strengthening AI and technology capabilities and selectively hiring talent.
