Gramiyaa raises Rs 18.65 Cr Series A at Rs 110 Cr valuation

Bengaluru-based cold-pressed oil brand Gramiyaa has raised Rs 18.65 crore in a Series A funding round led by new investor Optiscape Network Holdings, with participation from existing investors Homegrown Ventures, Campus Fund and others.

The fresh capital was raised through an allotment of 32,968 Series A CCPS at Rs 5,657 per share, according to regulatory filings. Optiscape Network Holdings invested Rs 9 crore, followed by Homegrown Ventures with Rs 4.5 crore and Campus Fund with Rs 4 crore. Sarya Global Holdings invested Rs 90 lakh, while Rasagna Pulapaka contributed Rs 25 lakh.

Gramiyaa’s valuation was estimated at Rs 110 crore in the Series A round, compared with Rs 74 crore in its pre-Series A round in March 2025. The proceeds will be deployed towards growth capital and other general corporate requirements.

Founded in 2016 by Sibi Manivannan, Gramiyaa makes cold-pressed oils in-house using traditional oil-making methods. Its product range includes groundnut, coconut, sesame, mustard, virgin coconut and olive oils. The company sells through its own website and platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, DMart Ready and FirstClub.

In FY25, Gramiyaa’s revenue jumped 72.7% year-on-year to Rs 19 crore, while its losses surged nearly 12.7X to Rs 4 crore.
