Numour in talks to raise nearly $3.1 Mn from Sharrp Ventures

Delhi NCR-based D2C skincare brand Numour is in talks to raise nearly $3.1 Mn (about ₹30 Cr) in a funding round led by Sharrp Ventures, according to sources.

Numour is currently backed by Indian Silicon Valley Capital.

Founded in 2025 by Divya Jain, Numour combines skincare formulations with beauty devices. Its product portfolio includes sunscreens, dual-phase serums, collagen-based skincare products, LED-equipped jars, sonic massagers and facial devices.

The company says its product development centres on active ingredients, skin barrier care and delivery technology. Besides its own website, it says it sells through Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra and quick commerce platform Blinkit, and has an offline presence through Broadway stores.

Numour positions itself at the intersection of skincare and consumer technology. Some of its products incorporate red or blue LEDs, while others feature sonic massage technology.

The proposed investment would expand Sharrp Ventures' beauty and personal care portfolio. Sharrp Ventures is the investment office of the Harsh Mariwala family, and in July it led a ₹100 Cr round in beauty and personal care contract manufacturer Naturis Cosmetics.

Numour's fundraising talks come amid investments in skincare brands. In May, CHOSEN raised $5 Mn in a Series A round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from L'Oreal's venture capital arm BOLD and Alkemi Growth Capital.

India's D2C market is projected to grow from $65 Bn in 2026 to $310 Bn by 2031, at a CAGR of around 37%.
