The founders, Manasi and Mehul, first met when they were working at eZee Technosys in the marketing and sales team, respectively.
It is their combined experience of over 20 years in sales, marketing, and customer service that allowed them to identify a gap in the market, leading to the creation of The Clueless Company to address it.
Through this episode, Mehul and Manasi shared their journey and vision for the company. They dived into the personal and professional aspects that went into building The Clueless Company.
The founders highlighted the importance of understanding one's business goals before actually taking on operational strategies and approaches. Mehul and Manasi have a "clue" (okay, I'll stop now) as to what their future looks like; aiming to become a product-based organization while continuing to offer consultancy services, they also plan to expand their reach to the US, Canada, and Australia.
