Say Au revoir, Ciao and Auf Wiedersehen to Season 1 of The Newzchain Podcast with our last episode.
For our closing act, we interviewed the founder and CEO of Stacksync Ruben Burdin.
Growing up close to Geneva, on the French border, with his French dad and Italian mother, Ruben was split between three countries; France, Italy, and Switzerland.
Since his younger days, Ruben aspired to build something of his own—a dream that Stacks is now fulfilling.
Alright, let's get into what Stacksync offers its users.
In the simplest terms, Stacksync streamlines the process of keeping data in sync between your CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and your database.
Usually, when working with CRMs, developers must resort to using complex APIs, which could prove difficult to navigate, they are prone to errors and, their maintenance is time-consuming.
With Stacksync's two-way sync, your database becomes a read-and-write interface for your CRM data, allowing you to use SQL queries to manage it directly.
Stacksync's core vision is to reduce the complexity of business integrations with a unified platform.
He emphasized that Stacks was created to solve inefficiencies, providing businesses with a seamless and efficient way to connect various tools and systems.
As the conversation progressed, Ruben took us through Stacksync's trajectory of growth, acknowledging the challenges that come with scaling a tech company.
He also highlighted their participation in Y Combinator earlier this year as a key moment in the company's growth onwards and upwards.
"A successful company is not one that raises money or has a lot of press hype, a successful company is a company that has only one metric, successful customers" , Ruben tells us.
Their focus on customer success is what is central to their strategy, aiming to make the integration process as straightforward and valuable as possible for its users.
We get a glimpse into Ruben’s entrepreneurial mindset, as he shares advice for aspiring entrepreneurs, he stresses the importance of perseverance, resilience, and commitment in all aspects of business; drawing from his own experience over the years.
Catch our finale on all audio and video platforms, as we are given privy to insights into Stacksync’s mission, the challenges faced along the way, and Ruben's journey as an entrepreneur; on episode 10 of The Newzchain Podcast.
