Vytalyou raises Rs 9 Cr pre-Series A for longevity clinics

Doctor-led longevity and preventive healthcare startup Vytalyou has raised Rs 9 crore in a pre-Series A round from Chetan Jain of Pharma Dose and Ratan Jain of Venus Industries at a valuation of around Rs 33 crore.
The proceeds will be used to expand its network of Incremental Lifestyle Clinics in Mumbai, Vytalyou said in a press release.
Founded in 2025 by Chirantan Bose and Preetesh Bhandari, Vytalyou provides preventive healthcare and longevity-focused services, combining diagnostics with personalised health interventions and medically supervised care.
The Mumbai-based startup offers services across pathology, radiology, cardio-respiratory assessments, body composition evaluation, genetic and cancer screening, gut microbiome evaluation, personalised IV therapies and regenerative interventions. It also offers non-invasive pain management technologies for chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Vytalyou uses an AI-based algorithm for its Predictive Longevity Evaluation, which assesses an individual’s health profile, biological ageing and potential health risks. Doctors review the assessment and develop a medically supervised care plan based on the findings.

The company said it has served close to 1,000 clients since opening its first centre, with around half coming through walk-ins and the rest through word-of-mouth referrals. It plans to expand to 10 locations across India in the coming years.
Vytalyou operates in India’s growing preventive healthcare and longevity segment, which has also seen startups such as Biopeak, Cent, Elevate Now and Decode Age raise capital.
Biopeak raised $2.7 million in follow-on funding in January this year, while Cent, co-founded by Practo’s Shashank ND, raised around $5 million for its AI-led early-detection platform covering cancer, cardiac, neurological and metabolic risks.
Elevate Now raised Rs 18 crore in a seed round, while Decode Age raised Rs 14.48 crore in a pre-Series A round to expand its longevity research, biomarker discovery, multi-omics and microbiome capabilities.
