Vouch raises $500,000 pre-seed from Y Combinator

Vouch, an AI-native wealth management platform, has raised $500,000 in pre-seed funding from Y Combinator.
Vouch was founded by Arnav Ghatiwala, a former product lead at Jane Street and Robinhood. It is preparing to launch its app in November 2026, subject to regulatory licensing.
Vouch is building a platform to make personalised financial guidance accessible to Indian families. It connects with a user's existing investment portfolios and understands their financial goals.
From there, it helps optimise their investments, with human experts involved in key decisions.

Ghatiwala, a Computer Science graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, said his experience managing investments in India while working in the US inspired him to build the platform.
The development comes as India's mutual fund industry expands. Monthly systematic investment plan (SIP) inflows have risen to nearly Rs 32,000 crore, according to the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).
AMFI data also shows mutual fund assets under management have grown 2.4 times in five years to Rs 85.76 lakh crore.
