ElevenLabs announced a memorandum of understanding with the Karnataka Innovation and Technology Society (KITS) at its first India Summit in Bengaluru.
The partnership is the company’s first with an Indian State government and will explore voice AI adoption in Kannada for skilling, citizen services and grievance redressal. The MoU also covers responsible AI and voice restoration.

ElevenLabs is moving beyond voice generation towards conversational AI that can listen, understand and complete real-world workflows. Its platform supports 14 Indian languages following the launch of Eleven v4, with plans to expand to all 22 official languages.
