Vitonnix Raises Seed Round Led by Inflection Point Ventures

Preventive healthcare startup Vitonnix has raised its first institutional investment in a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV).

The round also drew participation from practising doctors, actors Riteish Deshmukh and Boman Irani, singer Jaspinder Narula and film producer Madhu Mantena.

The company will use the funds to strengthen its senior leadership team, expand consumer acquisition and distribution, and support international expansion.

Vitonnix was founded by three practising doctors: Prashant Jindal, Deepti Jindal and Rajesh Handa. It makes SubliSpray, a range of sublingual nutritional sprays designed to deliver nutrients through the oral mucosa.

The products were initially developed in the UK and scaled in India. The company says it spent more than a decade developing the platform and has completed three clinical studies on key formulations.

It also sells a nutritional spray range for pets under the Vetonnix name, covering skin and coat care, calming support, multivitamins, growth and development, and bone and joint health.

Research, formulation and manufacturing operations are based in India, global operations are managed from London and Birmingham, and the precision spray systems are engineered in Germany.

The company reports product registrations, regulatory filings and market-entry work across India, the UK, the US and the UAE. It says it has sold millions of bottles.

Vitonnix is preparing to launch an initial range of 10 products with British retailer Boots in the UK in 2026, and says it plans to use the UK as a gateway to Europe.

IPV says it has invested more than Rs 900 crore across over 280 startups.
