Vectorial raises $3 million from SenseAI Ventures for AI user simulation

Vectorial, an AI startup building human behaviour simulation tools for product development, has raised $3 million in a funding round led by SenseAI Ventures.

Smilegate, Berkeley SkyDeck, Berkeley AI Research Lab, Dent Capital, Motus Ventures and SUM Ventures also participated. Angel investors, including product leaders from Meta, Shopify and Mastercard, joined the round.

What Vectorial does

Founded by Taranveer Singh, Rahul Garg and Jasmine Kaur, Vectorial helps companies predict how users may respond to software products, digital experiences and marketing campaigns.

Its platform uses AI simulations to test product ideas without relying solely on traditional surveys and interviews.

The company's SAPIENS model uses socio-demographic, psychographic and behavioural data to simulate target audiences across web, mobile and AI-based applications.

Vectorial claims it has modelled more than 2.5 million people globally, including 500,000 in India, and conducted over 30,000 simulations.

Vectorial claims its customers run around 600 simulations per month, equivalent to approximately 40 user studies, and conduct up to 20 times more research than before.

Its simulations reproduce findings from previous user studies with over 85% accuracy.

The company also claims its model is 30% more accurate at predicting human behaviour than general-purpose large language models.

Customers include boAt, GoodRx, Suki AI, Everkind and Concrete Software, across sectors such as healthcare, gaming and e-commerce.
