UniqYou raises Rs 15.8 Cr seed funding from Arkam, Antler
D2C fashion startup UniqYou has raised Rs 15.8 crore in a seed funding round led by Arkam Ventures and Antler. The round also saw participation from several angel investors.
The board at UniqYou approved the issuance of 37,487 CCPS at an issue price of Rs 4,215 per share to raise the aforementioned amount, according to its regulatory filings.
Arkam Ventures invested Rs 9.3 crore in the round, followed by Antler with Rs 4.96 crore. Ankit Garg infused Rs 1 crore, while Abhishek Goyal, Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Raveen Sastry, and Nandita Sinha also participated in the round.
A Moneycontrol report had earlier said that UniqYou was in talks to raise around Rs 12 crore ($1.3 million) in a funding round.
Following the allotment, Arkam Ventures will hold a 14.93% stake in UniqYou, while Antler will own 7.96%. Abhishek Goyal and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda will hold 1.59% and 0.24%, respectively.

As per Entrackr’s estimates, the company’s valuation stood at around Rs 64 crore (approximately $6.8 million) post-money. The fresh proceeds will be used to meet the company’s working capital needs and general corporate purposes, as per the filings.
Founded in 2026, UniqYou is a Bengaluru-based fashion startup focused on women’s fashion. The company is building a technology-led platform that leverages AI to identify emerging fashion trends and offer relevant products to consumers.
The fundraise comes amid continued investor interest in India’s fashion and apparel startup ecosystem. In 2025, The Bear House raised Rs 50 crore in a Series A round, while Snitch raised Rs 278.9 crore in a Series B round and Miraggio secured $6.5 million in Series A funding.
The momentum continued in 2026, with MyDesignation raising Rs 40 crore in Series A funding and Alaya by Stage3 securing a seed round to scale its ethnic-wear business and AI capabilities. More recently, D2C fashion brand Theater raised Rs 75 crore in a Series A round led by Niveshaay.
