TVS ASL Raises $45M Series D Led by Crescent Enterprises
TVS Automobile Solutions (TVS ASL) has raised US$ 45 million (₹425 Cr) in Series D funding. Crescent Enterprises led the round through its strategic investments platform, CE-Invests.
The deal is structured as both a funding round and a strategic partnership to support expansion across India, the UAE and the wider MENA region.
TVS ASL operates myTVS, an integrated automotive aftermarket brand. The platform combines digital capabilities with a physical service network of more than 1,000 garages and 10,000 retailers across India. It serves more than 10 million customers directly and indirectly. The company is a preferred partner to original equipment manufacturers, electric vehicle manufacturers and corporate customers. Its cloud-based vehicle management platform enables real-time diagnostics and predictive maintenance, serving more than 100,000 vehicles.
