Troovy Raises Rs 100 Crore Series B Led by Fireside Ventures

Gurugram-based snack brand Troovy has raised Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures. Sharrp Ventures and other investors participated.
The round follows a $5 million Series A in January this year, led by Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures with existing investors Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital.
Before that, Troovy raised $2.3 million (Rs 20 crore) in a pre-Series A round led by Fireside Ventures in May 2025. In June, the company was looking to raise up to Rs 200 crore in its Series B.
Troovy plans to use the proceeds to expand R&D and manufacturing capacity, scale distribution across quick commerce and offline channels, and accelerate its Build Together model, the company said.
Troovy was co-founded in 2023 by Aditya Mukherjee and Mansi Baranwal. It is a food and snacking brand that offers products such as snacks, sauces, spreads and millet pasta.
The brand focuses on using carefully selected ingredients to offer convenient food options for children and families.
