Tilt Intimates raises Rs 3 crore in seed funding

Tilt, a women’s functional intimates brand, has raised ₹3 crore in seed funding from the Deepak Bhagnani Family Office. The company said the funds, raised last year, are being deployed to expand distribution and accelerate growth.

Founded by Shaivya Ramani and Raj Jain in 2022, Tilt develops functional innerwear for women. It has served more than 50,000 women, primarily through its own website, and is also available on Amazon, Myntra, Ajio and other online marketplaces.

The brand’s monthly net revenue grew more than 10-fold between April 2025 and April 2026, and it aims to scale to ₹10 crore in monthly revenue over the next 18 months.

“We started Tilt with the opposite approach: identify an everyday problem women have normalised, understand why existing products are inadequate and create a solution that fits naturally into our lives. Women have historically been expected to adjust themselves to the limitations of intimate products,” said Shaivya Ramani, co-founder of Tilt.
Shriyam Bhagnani, an investor at the Deepak Bhagnani Family Office, said: “The founders had identified a real and underserved consumer problem, created a product-led solution and demonstrated that customers were willing to return. That combination of innovation, demand and repeat behaviour gave us conviction in the company’s potential.”

The Deepak Bhagnani Family Office backs early-stage businesses and consumer companies. Shriyam Bhagnani is actively involved in India’s startup ecosystem alongside her career as an actor.
