The Dough Therapy raises Rs 5.25 Cr seed round

Gourmet pizza brand The Dough Therapy has raised Rs 5.25 crore in a seed funding round at a valuation of Rs 35 crore. The round was led by Michigan Capital Advisors, formerly known as Melwani Finance, with participation from Equiglobe Investment.

The brand will use the capital to expand its presence in Mumbai and support its multi-market growth strategy. Of the total funds, 60% will be allocated towards expansion, 15% towards marketing, and the remaining 25% towards supply chain infrastructure, centralised operations, and kitchen technology.

What The Dough Therapy does

Founded in 2020 by Abhishek Dedhia, Mohit Chheda, and Gaurav Majrekar, The Dough Therapy offers more than 30 varieties of vegetarian and vegan gourmet pizzas. The brand has grown from one outlet to 10 outlets across Mumbai.
