Technosport in talks to raise Rs 250-300 crore, per report

Technosport, the sports apparel maker backed by A91, is in advanced stages of raising around Rs 250-300 crore in a fresh round, according to sources. The company has not confirmed the deal.

Premji, Sofina, Lighthouse Canton and 360 One are all in the fray, and which investor closes a deal remains to be seen. Negotiations value the company at around Rs 3,000 crore, against a last valuation of around Rs 1,800 crore.

A Technosport spokesperson said the reported amount, valuation and potential partners are speculative and should not be construed as confirmed. The company will comment further once formal agreements are in place.

Technosport is based in Bengaluru and Tiruppur and makes sports apparel.
