Snitch, the Indian men’s fashion brand, has entered the quick commerce segment as it looks to expand its reach and delivery capabilities. At the same time, it has been expanding its offline presence, with the brand operating 142 stores across India, including in metro and Tier II cities, according to its website.

Snitch’s revenue from operations grew 67.7% year-on-year to Rs 835 crore in FY26 from Rs 498 crore in FY25, according to its annual financial statements sourced from the Registrar of Companies. It also earned Rs 14 crore in other income, taking its total income to Rs 849 crore.

Total expenditure increased 71.9% to Rs 873 crore from Rs 508 crore, leaving a net loss of Rs 27 crore. The company spent Rs 1.05 to earn a rupee, and its ROCE and EBITDA margin stood at -8.6% and -3%, respectively.

Founded in 2020 by Siddharth Dungarwal, Snitch sells trendy men’s apparel and accessories through its website and app. Apparel and accessories remain its sole revenue stream.

Snitch operates in a competitive D2C fashion market, competing with brands such as The Souled Store, Rare Rabbit and Wrogn. Rare Rabbit reported revenue of Rs 818 crore, The Souled Store Rs 492 crore in FY25, and Wrogn Rs 244 crore in FY26.

Procurement of apparel and accessories was the largest cost component, accounting for around 51% of overall expenditure. This expense increased 92.2% to Rs 444 crore in FY26 from Rs 231 crore in FY25.

Snitch has raised over $53 million to date, including a $40 million Series B round led by 360 ONE Asset in June 2025.
