Simplismart Raises $14M Series B Led by Dallas Venture Capital

AI inference infrastructure startup Simplismart has raised $14 million in a Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital. NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax participated.

The deal values the company at around $100 million post-money. Simplismart previously raised $7 million in a Series A round in October 2024.

The new capital will go toward strengthening its inference engine and orchestration platform, expanding its cloud provider network and supporting growth across North America and other global markets.

Founded by Amritanshu Jain, Simplismart provides infrastructure that helps enterprises deploy and run AI models while optimising inference costs, latency and GPU utilisation.

The platform also enables cloud providers to convert their GPU capacity into AI services for enterprise customers.

Simplismart said its annualised revenue run rate grew 14X over the past six months.

Customers include HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna and Ema, which use its platform for production workloads across video, voice, multimodal and enterprise AI applications.

At Yotta, its platform powers the serverless inference layer of Shakti Studio, which allows customers to run AI models without managing the underlying infrastructure.

Unlike inference providers that procure or reserve GPU capacity and resell it, Simplismart focuses on the software layer that enables third-party GPU infrastructure to support production AI workloads.

The company is working with cloud providers and sovereign AI programmes across India, North America, the Middle East, Australia and East Asia. It plans to build partnerships aimed at matching AI workloads with available GPU capacity across regions and cloud environments.
