SiftHub Revolutionizes Sales with AI

SiftHub, an AI startup run by former CTO and co-founder of LogiNext, Manisha Raisinghani, has raised $5.5 million in seed funding to grow AI assistants. The AI assistant aims to help sales teams and pre-sales teams focus more on building relationships and performing less tedious tasks.

SiftHub integrates with Google Drive, Slack, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Salesforce platforms. Sales and pre-sales teams can interact with AI to complete tasks such as infosec inquiries, vendor survey forms, RFPs, and RFIs.

Assistant is accessible through Slack, Microsoft Teams, a Microsoft add-in, a Chrome plugin, and a web app. It supports 10 languages including Spanish and German.

According to Raisinghani, founder of SiftHub, their priority is to avoid giving wrong answers. She said SiftHub's system may give fewer answers, but she is confident that at least 75% of the AI's answers will be accurate.

She contacted nearly 200 users to better understand the issue and break down their responses into specific applications. This move allowed him to focus on sales and pre-sales teams.

SiftHub initially targets B2B companies selling to mid-market and enterprise customers with revenues between $50 million and $500 million.

Manisha, who has previous experience in the SaaS space, is now building a game-changing AI platform to transform the sales and pre-sales process. Sanjaynath, Partner at Bloom Ventures, is excited to support the SiftHub team and be a part of their ambitious journey.
