Saudi fintech Nayla raises $18 million pre-Series A

Saudi Arabia-based fintech Nayla has closed an approximately $18 million pre-Series A round, the company announced at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. The raise combines equity and debt financing.
The equity portion was led by Idrisi Ventures, with participation from Suhail Ventures and other strategic investors. BLOMINVEST led the debt facility.
Founded in 2024 by Shaqran Alyahya and Khalid Naili, Nayla provides AI-powered lending solutions for micro-businesses in Saudi Arabia, focused on providing faster access to digital financing.

Nayla was built through Sanabil Studio and says it is the first venture launched by the studio to close an institutional funding round.
The new capital will be used to accelerate Nayla’s AI-powered lending products and expand financing access for micro-businesses across Saudi Arabia.
Nayla previously raised $4 million in seed funding in 2024, led by Sanabil Venture Studio by Stryber.
