Saudi eventtech startup INVE raises $300,000 pre-seed

Saudi Arabia-based eventtech startup INVE has raised $300,000 in a pre-seed funding round from Outliers VC. The firm previously served as INVE's first paid business design partner before making the investment.
Founded in 2024 by Abdulrahman Alabdulkarim, INVE operates a digital event management platform for individuals and businesses. The platform provides personalised invitations, RSVP management, guest profiles, branded registration pages and digital entry passes. Hosts can send invitations from their own email addresses and company WhatsApp numbers, while RSVP pages, registration pages and digital entry passes carry the host's branding.
The company's consumer platform has supported 250 events across more than 60 cities and towns in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, sending over 35,000 invitations and recording an 88% RSVP response rate. INVE launched its business platform in August 2026, serving technology companies, venture firms, financial services businesses and agencies that host events on their behalf.

Alabdulkarim, now 23, built the first version of INVE to simplify invitations and RSVP management for his sister's wedding. A software engineer by background, he previously worked on backend and infrastructure systems at Lean Technologies and graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
The funding will support team expansion, brand development and customer acquisition as INVE scales both platforms across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Longer-term plans include expanding into North Africa, other African markets and Europe.
"Working with INVE as a design partner before investing gave us conviction in both the product and Abdulrahman's ability to execute," said Sarah AlSaleh, General Partner at Outliers VC. "He combines deep technical expertise with an instinctive understanding of hospitality in the region, turning something deeply personal into technology that can scale without losing its human touch."
