Saudi contech Fitting raises $1.1 million in a second seed round

Saudi Arabia-based construction technology platform Fitting has raised $1.1 million in its second Seed round. The round saw participation from a single strategic investor from the contracting and real estate development sector, whose identity was not disclosed. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2025 by Mohammed Al-Mubayed and Abdulaziz Almubayad, Fitting develops digital solutions that automate procurement and supply chain management for the construction industry. The platform connects suppliers, contractors, and real estate developers, aiming to replace fragmented manual processes with a unified digital infrastructure.
Why it matters
Saudi Arabia’s project pipeline continues to scale, driven by giga-projects and a broadening real estate market. That volume strains procurement workflows that still run on phone calls and spreadsheets. A platform that digitises the supplier-to-site chain sits at the intersection of two durable tailwinds: Vision 2030’s infrastructure spend and the Gulf’s push to make construction an investable technology vertical.

For international vendors, contractors, and ERP players looking at the Saudi market, Fitting represents a localised layer that could reduce the friction of stitching together procurement across a fragmented contractor base. The strategic investor’s industry background — rather than a purely financial backer — signals that incumbent contractors see enough operational pain to pay for the fix, not just fund an experiment.
Capital allocation
The fresh capital is earmarked for three things: geographic expansion across key Saudi markets, further development of the platform’s technology infrastructure, and strengthening technical and operational capabilities. The company also flagged an intention to create employment and training opportunities for Saudi professionals, aligning its hiring with the human-capital goals of Vision 2030.
"Closing our second investment round, valued at $1.1 million, represents an important milestone in Fitting's journey and supports our plans to accelerate our expansion and strengthen our technological and operational capabilities," said Mohammed Al-Mubayed, Founder and CEO of Fitting.
"We believe that the digitization of supply chains has become a key factor in improving the efficiency of the construction sector, and we are working to provide technology solutions that respond to market needs and help different stakeholders across the ecosystem manage their operations more efficiently."
