Saber Money funding: Tether and Titan Fund invest

Saber Money, a cross-border payment infrastructure company, has secured strategic investment from Tether, the world's largest stablecoin issuer, and Titan Fund, the investment fund managed by Hong Kong-based CMCC Global.
Saber says it will use the funding to expand across Asia-Pacific and the Gulf. That includes strengthening its presence in existing markets, entering additional emerging economies, securing local licences and establishing banking relationships.
Saber Money builds payment infrastructure that lets financial institutions, fintech companies and businesses send money across emerging markets. It offers stablecoin-powered settlement to help businesses move money across borders with greater speed and cost efficiency.
The company holds licences, registrations and authorisations in Canada, the European Union, India and Australia. Its group also operates Mudrex, one of India's largest cryptocurrency exchanges.

Over the past nine months, Saber's payment volumes have increased more than sixfold. The company is processing billions of dollars across more than 40 countries, and more than 90% of its payments are completed in under one minute.
Asia-Pacific and the Gulf are key markets for the company's expansion strategy. The Gulf Cooperation Council region represents a major source of outbound payments, and the UAE alone recorded approximately AED 188 billion in remittances in 2025. South Asia and East Asia and the Pacific collectively receive more than $1 trillion annually.
Saber also plans to expand into B2B payments, targeting businesses that face challenges when paying suppliers, managing treasury operations and transferring working capital internationally.
Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, said emerging markets are becoming increasingly important to the future of global payments.
