Runable raises $21M to help small businesses run AI operations
Bengaluru-based AI agent platform Runable has raised $21 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital and Nexus Venture Partners. Existing investors Together Fund and Array VC also participated.
Founded in 2025 by Umesh Kumar and Saksham Sarda, Runable has developed an AI agent that combines software creation with tools for managing business operations, marketing and customer acquisition. Its platform can build websites, mobile and internal applications, pitch decks, market analysis, prospect lists and marketing videos, while also providing infrastructure including databases, authentication, payments and deployment.
Runable also offers tools for creating and scheduling social media content, customer outreach and support, competitor monitoring, brand-sentiment tracking, search engine optimisation and answer engine optimisation. Its growth capabilities include paid advertising across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and ChatGPT, alongside cold email, direct messaging and voice calls.
The startup reported reaching $2 million in annual recurring revenue within three weeks of launch and currently has a customer base of more than 1.5 million. The startup has a team of 15, and many of its users are small-business owners operating in teams of about two people, including agencies, consultancies and service businesses. Its users span markets including the US, UK, Japan and Brazil.

Runable plans to use the new funding to add more growth channels, improve campaign measurement and develop features that allow its agent to identify and address campaign problems automatically. It also plans to expand Runable Academy, a free programme aimed at helping business owners learn how to build and grow their companies. Hiring is planned across engineering, machine learning, product, growth and customer support.
