Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup PowerUp Money has raised $10 Mn (₹95 Cr) in a fresh funding round led by Flourish Ventures.
Existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC participated in the round.
PowerUp plans to use the capital to expand its AI-led wealth management offerings, scale its managed advisory business and develop personalised financial planning solutions for Indian investors.
Founder and CEO Prateek Jindal, who also cofounded fintech major Uni Cards, launched PowerUp in 2025 to help customers manage their mutual fund portfolios.
The company claims over 15 Lakh customers, who track mutual fund portfolios worth over ₹2.5 Lakh Cr on its platform. Its mutual fund advisory subscription, PowerUp Elite, has over 1 Lakh paid members.
Beyond mutual funds, the startup is now looking to combine investment advice, managed wealth services and digital advisory, becoming a full-stack financial planning platform in essence.
The first step is Elite Prime, its end-to-end digital wealth advisory offering. The service includes an AI wealth coach and personal assistant, considers users’ financial goals, risk profiles and existing portfolios while helping them manage their portfolios and supporting their investment decisions.
The company is also seeking to scale up its managed wealth advisory offering, Infinite, to a broader customer base. Aimed at investors seeking more hands-on financial support, Infinite combines personalised financial planning, portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation, goal-based strategies, ongoing portfolio management and dedicated adviser support. PowerUp claims that Infinite has scaled to nearly ₹500 Cr in assets under management (AUM) within around nine months of launch.
”We started by making high-quality investment advice accessible to every Indian. Today, AI makes it possible to deliver a much more comprehensive, wealth-manager-like experience digitally and at a fraction of traditional costs. A significant portion of this investment will go towards building an AI-powered wealth manager that brings personalised financial planning and ongoing portfolio guidance to every Indian,” Jindal said.
