Physioplus Healthcare raises seed round at $800K valuation

Jaipur-based Physioplus Healthcare, a digital physiotherapy platform, has raised a strategic seed investment from HBF India at a valuation of $800K.

The proceeds will be used to strengthen its technology platform, expand its network and increase its presence across India, Physioplus Healthcare said in a press release.

Co-founded in 2022 by Samit Saxena, Jaswant Singh and Madhukar Pareek, Physioplus Healthcare connects patients with certified physiotherapists through its platform. It offers physiotherapy discovery, consultations, patient assessments, clinical documentation and technology-enabled monitoring.

The startup said its platform combines digital practice management, patient data and remote monitoring to support physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Its services cover chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation.

The company operates in a segment that includes digital and technology-enabled physiotherapy platforms. FlexifyMe raised $2.4 million in a pre-Series A round led by IvyCap Ventures and Signal Ventures last year to scale its online physiotherapy platform.

Stance Health raised $1 million in pre-seed funding in 2025 to expand its technology-enabled musculoskeletal care model, while Rebee Health secured investment from 1337 Ventures in 2025 to expand its wearable sensor-based digital physiotherapy system.
