Peeko Raises $7M Series A for Babycare Quick Commerce in India

Babycare-focused quick commerce startup Peeko has raised $7 Mn (₹67.4 Cr) in a Series A round led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and other angel investors. The round brings Peeko’s total funding to about ₹95 Cr.

Founded by former Leap Finance executives Chetan Sharma and Abhijit Gairola, alongside ex-OYO Vivek Khetan, Peeko operates a vertical quick commerce platform delivering babycare products within an hour. Its product portfolio spans kid apparel, toys, shoes, accessories, hard goods, diapers, wipes, personal care products and baby food.

The startup currently has around 30,000 SKUs across three dark stores in Bengaluru and more than 100 Indian and international brands, including Dr. Brown’s, Cetaphil, Sebamed, Mothercare and Pantaloons. It delivers to about 55% of Bengaluru pincodes.

Peeko lets customers examine delivered products at their doorstep and return what they do not want, with refunds processed instantly. According to Peeko, most customers use this “touch and feel” option during their first transaction, which improves retention. Revenue has grown nearly 5X since the beginning of 2026.

The fresh capital will primarily be deployed towards expanding Peeko’s presence in Bengaluru, improving its product assortment and building out its tech stack. The startup plans to add three more dark stores by the end of the ongoing calendar year, allowing it to cover the entire city, and is looking to expand to other cities by early next year. Peeko also plans to experiment with AI-led products and position itself as a parenting partner for new-age parents.

India’s babycare products market is projected to reach $9.72 Bn by 2031, growing at a CAGR of 11.78% between 2026 and 2031. The broader quick commerce market is expected to reach $68 Bn in gross merchandise value by 2031, up from $8.3 Bn in 2026, at a CAGR of 52%.
