Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has closed a strategic funding round from investors including Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office and Vanshika Sharma. The investment amount was not disclosed.

The company, which operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune, produces electric three-wheelers (cargo and passenger), electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles. Its customer base includes Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk and Nestlé — a roster that signals genuine fleet-level adoption, not pilot-program hype.

The undislosed round is backed by improving financials. OSM reported approximately ₹333 crore in revenue for FY2025-26, with a profit after tax of ₹7.3 crore and an EBITDA margin of 7.7%. A pre-IPO research report cited by the company valued it between ₹1,775 crore and ₹2,833 crore.

Why It Matters

Delhi's EV Policy 2026 shifts the regulatory frame from purchase subsidies to mandatory electrification across vehicle categories. For global fleet operators and component suppliers watching India, that change creates a compliance pull that subsidy-driven markets do not generate.

OSM, with its existing manufacturing base and logistics partnerships, is positioned at the intersection of that policy signal and the operational reality of last-mile delivery electrification — a corridor that matters beyond India's borders.

"This investment reflects the confidence investors have in our vision, execution, and long-term strategy," said Dr. Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility. "Over the last eight years, we have built a company grounded in manufacturing excellence, innovation, and financial discipline. As India's EV market enters its next phase of growth, we remain committed to delivering sustainable mobility solutions while creating long-term value for our customers, partners, and investors."

The capital is earmarked for manufacturing expansion, R&D, dealer network growth, and next-generation product development. OSM benefits from the 55-year manufacturing legacy of the Anglian Omega Group.
