Nuuk in talks to raise around ₹100 Cr led by Wipro, RPSG
Nuuk is raising around ₹100 Cr led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and RPSG Capital Ventures at a valuation of about ₹500 Cr, per sources.

D2C home appliances brand Nuuk is raising around ₹100 Cr (about $10.5 Mn) in a round led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and RPSG Capital Ventures, according to sources.
The round values the company at about ₹500 Cr (about $53 Mn). The final round size and valuation could change as discussions progress.
The proposed round is larger than Nuuk’s $6.6 Mn Series A, which it closed in August 2025 after a $2 Mn extension from existing investors Vertex Ventures SEA and Good Capital.
Nuuk was founded in 2023 by Gazal Kalra, cofounder of logistics unicorn Rivigo, and Shalabh Gupta, former chief growth officer at Noise.
It sells design-focused home and kitchen appliances, including cordless vacuum cleaners, fans, heaters and garment care products, plus air fryers, juicers and mixer grinders.
The brand sells through its own website, Amazon, Flipkart and quick commerce. It has also entered offline retail, including a store in Delhi NCR.
Nuuk’s operating revenue rose to ₹16 Cr in FY25 from ₹31.8 Lakh in FY24, according to its MCA filings, with FY25 being its first full year of operations. Its net loss widened to ₹39 Lakh from ₹7 Lakh.
Nuuk competes with established appliance makers such as Philips and Bajaj, and newer players including Atomberg and Lifelong.
The proposed round follows other investments in appliance startups. Beyond Appliances raised ₹110 Cr in a Series B round led by Fireside Ventures in October, to build a manufacturing facility and expand into ovens.
Nester raised ₹19 Cr in a pre-Series A round in February 2026.
Nuuk’s founders have said the company designs its appliances in-house and works with third-party manufacturers. Gupta said in March 2025 that around 20% of its products were made in India, with a target of over 50% by the end of FY26.
