Nudge rebrand shifts BeBetta to receipt-led commerce

The Nudge rebrand moves BeBetta into receipt-led commerce
BeBetta, operated by iSocial Sports Private Limited, has rebranded as Nudge as part of a shift from sports-led engagement to rewards-led commerce and consumer intelligence. Nudge will take its receipt-led model to international markets, beginning with MENA and Southeast Asia.
Nudge is backed by Adani Family Office, its first institutional investor, which invested through two consecutive rounds. It is also backed by Jhaveri Credits and Capital Limited, along with family offices, AIFs and private investors from India and Dubai.
What Nudge does
Nudge lets consumers scan purchase bills from grocery, retail, dining, pharmacy and online shopping to earn Nudge Coins. These can be redeemed across 500+ brand partners.
For enterprises, Nudge is an AI-based commerce and consumer intelligence platform. It turns verified receipts into item-level insights across online and offline channels, while developing paid brand dashboards, outcome-priced campaign tools and insights based on aggregated and de-identified purchase patterns.
