Nobel Hygiene files DRHP for ₹150-crore IPO with SEBI

Quadria Capital-backed Nobel Hygiene has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for an initial public offering.

The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹150 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 15,511,082 equity shares by existing shareholders.

Proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for debt repayment, capacity expansion at the company's Halol facility, including a brownfield manufacturing-cum-warehousing unit and an adult diaper machine line, investment in subsidiary NHBPL, and general corporate purposes.

What Nobel Hygiene does

Nobel Hygiene is India's largest home-grown branded manufacturer of absorbent hygiene products among pure-play branded companies, with a legacy spanning more than two decades.
