MyRx raises seed funding from SteerX VC for primary healthcare

Primary healthcare infrastructure company MyRx has raised a seed funding round led by SteerX VC. The amount was not disclosed.
The proceeds will be deployed toward clinical network and technology infrastructure needed to make doctor-led primary care accessible at scale.
Co-founded in 2019 by Sourav Das, Surjit Das, and Neel Rath, MyRx combines a doctor network with teleconsultation, electronic prescriptions, and clinical workflow technology. It is building shared healthcare infrastructure that connects patients, doctors, and enterprise partners.
The Hyderabad startup currently manages 35,000 teleconsultations a day and reports 15% month-on-month growth. Its model brings together doctor availability, teleconsultation, electronic prescriptions, and clinical workflow management, enabling partners to integrate access to medical care into their services.

MyRx says its technology supports consultation allocation, workflow monitoring, and audit, helping partners expand healthcare access while maintaining visibility and accountability across service delivery.
MyRx states that it recorded a 95th-percentile first doctor-call response time of 30 seconds and a 95th-percentile overall workflow turnaround time of 179 seconds.
The company plans to expand its doctor network, strengthen its technology and clinical quality systems, and simplify enterprise integrations. It also intends to develop its digital clinic model and additional healthcare partnerships to connect remote consultations with a local point of access.
