myHQ Enters Dubai With Business Setup Services for Indian Firms

myHQ entered the Dubai market in August 2026 with a consulting model that helps Indian and international businesses establish operations in the UAE. The company is targeting revenue of Rs 10 billion from the UAE over its first three years of operations there, Construction World reported.
The move extends myHQ's commercial real estate platform into business setup services. These cover free-zone, mainland and offshore structures, including jurisdiction selection, licensing, registration, tax structuring, Golden Visa and accounting network partnerships. Depending on requirements, myHQ will also assist with establishment cards, visas, Emirates ID and corporate banking applications.
The offering is split into three modules: "Start in Dubai", "Expand to Dubai" and "Move to Dubai". They target Indian SMEs, established businesses, start-up founders, professionals and families relocating to the GCC.
Operations will cover all seven Emirates, with a focus on DMCC, RAKEZ, IFZA, Meydan, DIFC and ADGM, as well as mainland and offshore structures.
myHQ is an Indian commercial real estate platform. In practice, it helps businesses find and use office space, and it is now adding the paperwork and licensing steps a company needs to start trading in Dubai.

For a global buyer, partner or investor, the useful point is that Indian companies entering the UAE are being offered a single route for both company setup and office space. Demand for such services is visible in the numbers cited by myHQ. More than 18,400 new Indian companies joined the Dubai Chamber of Commerce in 2025, up 11 per cent from the previous year, and 7,579 more joined in the first half of 2026.
Active Indian member companies reached 85,841 as of June 2026, up 15 per cent year-on-year. In DMCC, Indian businesses are the largest international business community, with more than 4,080 companies.
Trade policy sits behind this activity. India-UAE trade crossed $100 billion for the second consecutive year in FY2025-26 under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, and the two countries have set a target of $200 billion by 2032.
The revenue goal rests on management's own estimate. Co-founder and CEO Utkarsh Kawatra said Dubai represents an estimated Rs 100 billion market and is a strategic growth market for the company's global expansion plans. "We expect Dubai to generate Rs 10 billion revenue in the first three years," he said. The company has not said how the target is built.
