MegaBite: Curefoods’ Budget Food Delivery App

Curefoods has begun piloting MegaBite, a budget food delivery app, in Bengaluru’s HSR Layout. Available on the Play Store and App Store, the service offers dishes from brands including Rolls On Wheels, Olio Pizza, Krispy Kreme, Eatfit and Arambam, with listed prices ranging from ₹49-₹199.
Curefoods is a cloud kitchen operator with a portfolio of food brands. Founded in 2020 by ex-Flipkart executive Ankit Nagori, it began as Eat.fit under fitness startup Cult.fit before becoming a separate business and expanding through acquisitions.

The app is entering an affordable segment where Rapido’s Ownly, Swiggy’s Toing and Swish Go are also focused on reducing fees and commissions.
MegaBite claims to offer “no delivery charges” and “no platform fee” and is marketed as “built for value-conscious, digitally-savvy consumers”. The pilot is Curefoods’ first attempt to operate its own delivery platform. It is unclear if Curefoods will handle delivery and fulfilment or join hands with third-party logistics partners.
