  • MeetRecord raised $2.7 million from SWC Global and All In Capital to enhance AI tools.
  • Aims to become a leader in the conversation intelligence market with AI-powered, innovative revenue automation.

Revenue automation startup MeetRecord has raised $2.7 million in funding from SWC Global, a venture capital fund from Singapore and All In Capital.

Established in 2021 by Snehal Nimje, Sachin Sinha, and Paras Jain, MeetRecord provides a B2B SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze conversation data from different communication channels like emails and calls.

According to the startup, the funds raised will be used to improve its AI-powered revenue automation product, which allows businesses to focus on sales and customer engagement with enhanced visibility into their sales operations.

“We are focusing specifically on the services businesses, so all our AI-related coaching and automation services are tailored to their experience. Though tools are available, they are either too complicated or too simple. Our model is finely tuned for the services sector, which no one is exactly focusing on,” said Snehal Nimje, co-founder and CEO of MeetRecord.

According to the founding partner of SWC Global, Tuck Lye Koh, the conversation intelligence market is expected to grow significantly as companies look to improve their sales efficiency. And MeetRecord has created a leading product with its innovative approach to revenue automation, providing substantial value.

“We are confident in their path to market leadership and are excited to support their continued growth,” said Tuck Lye Koh.

Since its launch, MeetRecord has gained over 20 customers and aims to reach $20 million in annual revenue by 2025. The startup also reports that its revenue tripled this year, although it did not disclose specific figures for the fiscal year 2024.

In 2021, MeetRecord raised $310,000 (approximately INR 2.6 crore) from All In Capital and Powerhouse Ventures.
