Founded in 2023 by Lujain Albukhari and Majed Anbar, Jeddah-based Majestic Mind Games develops original video games built primarily for PC. Select titles are expanded to console and mobile platforms.
The studio's core team includes lead artist Samaher Bantan and game programmer Mohammed Baeshen. The company is also backed by NEOM, the Saudi giga-project.

The fresh capital is earmarked to support the development of new intellectual property. Majestic Mind Games is explicitly targeting international markets with its upcoming titles, a move its investors see as a signal of maturation for the local ecosystem.
Merak Capital cited the founding team's combination of originality, commercial discipline, and long-term execution capabilities as the basis for its investment. For global partners and publishers, the round is another data point indicating that the Saudi gaming sector is shifting from a regional service market to a producer of original, export-ready IP.
