Live2.ai raises Rs 130 crore pre-Series B led by IvyCap

Live2.ai, an AI-based social intelligence and commerce activation platform, has raised Rs 130 crore (about $14 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures.
The round has two parts: primary capital for business growth, and a secondary component that gives early shareholders partial liquidity.
Live2.ai said the fresh funds will go toward developing its agentic intelligence layer and expanding go-to-market operations for enterprise and global consumer brands.
It will also strengthen its regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Live2.ai was co-founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, and is based in Bengaluru. Its platform connects social intelligence with campaign execution and commerce activation.
Brands use it to monitor conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites, and to plan, publish and track social posts.

Live2.ai says it works with brands such as Henkel's Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands and Shiseido, and claims to serve more than 200 brands across the US, Europe and Southeast Asia.
It also says revenue grew fourfold in the past 12 months, with 90% of revenue generated outside India.
