Kuwait's TheQA Raises Over $550,000 Pre-Seed for AI Market Research

TheQA, a Kuwait-based consumer research startup, has raised more than $550,000 in pre-seed funding.

The round was backed by a Kuwaiti family office and a group of strategic angel investors, the company announced on October 19, 2026. The individual identities of the investors and the valuation of the transaction were not disclosed.

TheQA provides a digital platform that combines AI-assisted survey development with a local consumer participation network.

Founded by Ahmad Al-Ebrahim and Hussain Al-Nashabah, the company helps businesses, agencies, and researchers gather consumer feedback from targeted audiences.

Its AI-assisted survey builder translates research briefs into structured questionnaires, aiming to reduce the manual work involved in preparing research studies.

The platform has built a panel of more than 20,000 verified participants since launching in April 2025.

Access to this established local network is a key asset, as research platforms depend on both software capabilities and ready access to participants who can provide useful feedback.

The new capital will support platform improvements, additional product capabilities, and the company's efforts to make consumer insights more accessible to businesses operating in Kuwait.

The company's current focus remains Kuwait, and the funding does not confirm a rollout into other regional markets.

Alongside the investment, theQA reported that revenue increased during every quarter of 2026 and had almost doubled compared with January. The company did not disclose its absolute revenue or its number of paying customers.
