Keep Converting raises $2M pre-seed for AI e-commerce personalisation

Keep Converting, a UAE-based AI-powered e-commerce optimisation startup, has raised $2 million in a pre-seed round led by Nuwa Capital and COTU Ventures. The company disclosed the funding as it emerged from stealth.
Founded in 2025 by Mohammad El Mougi and Manuel Prinz, Keep Converting uses AI to generate personalised product-page experiences for individual shoppers in real time.
A visitor arriving from a ChatGPT recommendation sees a page optimised for that context, comfort-focused for a query about running shoes, while someone arriving from a TikTok ad sees a different version built around the creator and trend that brought them there.
The platform is pre-integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Zid, Salla, and other major commerce platforms. Client setup takes approximately 10 minutes, and most brands see measurable conversion lift within two weeks.

Funding rounds and cross-border capital moves, one email, five minutes.
Across active client deployments in the United States, Europe, and the Gulf, Keep Converting disclosed an average 64% conversion-rate lift.
The funding will be used to onboard more merchants and expand the engineering team, with a focus on developing the platform's cross-client intelligence where learnings from any visit on the network improve performance everywhere.
“Everyone says AI will kill the merchant website. We bet the opposite,” said El Mougi. “Shoppers still want to visit the site, see the real product, and connect with it before they buy. So Keep Converting transforms every product page into the form that speaks to each shopper and lets the site win the AI shift instead of just surviving it.”
El Mougi previously served as Chief Product Officer at Vezeeta, and co-founder Prinz was Head of Product at TikTok Shop US and previously on the product team at Walmart. 98% of shoppers who land on a product page leave without buying.
