Info Edge leads Rs 8.9 Cr seed round in Factrika
On-demand industrial workforce platform Factrika has raised Rs 8.9 crore in a seed funding round led by Info Edge.
What Factrika does
Founded in 2024 by Kshitij Puri and Gaurav Asthana, the Delhi-based startup connects manufacturers with skilled and verified factory workers through a platform. Factrika claims to deploy workers within two hours and maintain a show-up rate of over 90%.

The platform matches manufacturers with workers based on skills and availability. Workers can accept shifts digitally, while Factrika manages attendance and payments and maintains a digital work record. The startup claims to have more than 10,000 registered workers across over 20 skill categories. It also said deployment hours are growing 50% to 70% month on month. Its clients include Lenskart, Asahi India Glass, Jubilant Foods, Munjal Kiriu and Epack Durables. Factrika claims workers can increase their earnings by 20% to 30% through skill progression.
Factrika's market
Factrika said Indian factories face a daily worker shortage of 20% to 25%, partly due to fragmented contractor-led staffing models. The startup initially operates across Bhiwadi, Manesar, Bawal, Noida and Bahadurgarh, as it targets what it estimates to be a $23 Bn manufacturing workforce opportunity in India.
