Hyeglo Beauty raises Rs 7 crore led by Sauce

Hyeglo Beauty, a Delhi-based direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty and personal care brand, has raised Rs 7 crore in a seed round led by Sauce.
Giga Capital (Aarti Gill of OZiva Nutrition), Consumer Collective, The Patient Capital and Arjun Purkayastha, SVP and MD for Greater China and North Asia at Reckitt, also participated.
The company said the funds will go towards research and development, new product launches, brand building and hiring.
Launched in April 2026, Hyeglo makes what it calls skinified makeup: products that combine clinically tested ingredients, skincare actives and pigments, formulated with actives at effective doses so they work for the skin as well as on it.

The brand says it is now moving into its scale phase and will extend its range across colour and care.
It describes its approach as skin science-led, with dermatological expertise and professional consultations informing its formulations. It works with experts including Dr Sonal Tibrewal Garg, an MD in Dermatology.
Founder Kanupriya Ahluwalia has nine years of experience building beauty brands across India and the Middle East, having worked with Nykaa, Kay Beauty, Noon and Namshi.
“Indian women have been asked to choose between makeup that performs and products that are actually good for their skin. We don’t think that trade-off should exist,” said Ahluwalia, Hyeglo’s founder and CEO. “We started with makeup because that’s where the gap was widest, but our ambition is to define skinified beauty in India, from colour to care.”
“Indian consumers have become remarkably sophisticated about skincare, and that expectation is now moving into everything they put on their face,” said Yash Dholakia, Partner at Sauce.
