HUMAIN acquires CNTXT, Saudi enterprise AI and cloud firm

HUMAIN, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio company, has acquired Riyadh-based CNTXT, announcing that the company has joined HUMAIN. The financial terms and ownership structure of the transaction were not disclosed.

The deal brings CNTXT’s proprietary technology solutions, workforce, enterprise expertise and existing customer relationships into HUMAIN’s platform. HUMAIN says this expands its capabilities across AI infrastructure, cloud computing, advanced models and enterprise applications.

CNTXT was founded in 2022 and is headquartered in Riyadh. It provides cloud transformation, data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, enterprise integration and managed technology services to public- and private-sector organisations.

HUMAIN describes itself as a company delivering full-stack AI capabilities globally.

The integration is intended to strengthen HUMAIN’s ability to help organisations deploy and manage AI solutions, from initial strategy and implementation to cybersecurity, ongoing operations and technical support.

For customers, HUMAIN says this means a more integrated route to cloud, data and AI technologies, with CNTXT’s services and solutions offered alongside HUMAIN’s infrastructure, compute, models and applications. CNTXT’s product capabilities also add an application layer, helping translate those technologies into purpose-built solutions for enterprise and public-sector requirements.

”CNTXT joining HUMAIN significantly expands our ability to deliver AI where it matters most: inside the enterprise,” said Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN. “We are building a uniquely integrated AI ecosystem, and CNTXT brings the technology, talent, customer relationships and implementation depth to turn that ecosystem into real operational impact.”
