HeyBreez Raises $2.5M Seed Round for Enterprise Voice AI

HeyBreez, the operational layer for enterprise voice AI, has raised $2.5 million in an oversubscribed Seed round led by Lunara Partners. Jabbar Group, DASH Ventures, and strategic angel investors also participated. The company did not disclose a valuation.
Founded in 2025 by Karim Malhas and headquartered in Delaware with offices in Amman and Dubai, HeyBreez provides the infrastructure layer that sits around voice AI agents — handling telephony, retries, callbacks, follow-up logic, branching journeys, and integrations.
The platform transforms a voice agent into a reliable, low-latency business process capable of operating at production scale. It already processes over one million calls per month, with individual clients running 10,000 calls per day on the platform.
Customers include enterprises, agencies, developers, and regional AI companies embedding the technology directly into their own products across MENA, Europe, the US, and Latin America.

Most voice AI investment has chased the conversation itself. HeyBreez targets the harder, less glamorous problem: everything that happens after the agent speaks. That operational layer determines whether voice agents hold up in real business environments.
The company is stepping into a moment where Voice AI has reached human parity in speech recognition and generation, but enterprise-grade infrastructure has not kept pace. For global buyers and partners watching the corridor, HeyBreez is betting that the teams deploying voice AI at scale will need a dedicated operating system — not just a better agent — and its multi-language, multi-geography customer base suggests that demand is real.
Karim Malhas, Founder & CEO of HeyBreez, said: "Everyone in this market helped companies make the call. No one helped them run the operation behind it. That is the hard part, and what we built for from day one. This round lets us put HeyBreez in front of all the teams needing it and asking for it."
The proceeds will deepen platform infrastructure, accelerate product development, and grow the sales team across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. The timing was driven by market demand to keep pace with rising call volumes and inbound requests. The company previously raised a $1.3 million pre-Seed round in January 2026 led by Wamda Capital.
