B2B manufacturing and supply chain startup Groyyo has raised ₹90 Cr (approximately $9.3 Mn) as part of a larger ₹200 Cr (approximately $20.8 Mn) Series B round led by Cornerstone Ventures, with participation from existing investors.
The Gurugram-based company, founded in 2021 by Subin Mitra, Pratik Tiwari, and Ridam Upadhyay, operates an AI-powered platform that connects global fashion brands with verified apparel manufacturers. The platform digitises the full supply chain — from product design and trend forecasting through production tracking, quality control, and logistics.
The company also offers factory-side software for managing production, inventory, financing, and compliance. Groyyo claims a network of more than 470 manufacturers serving over 45 international brands across 10 countries.
The round lands at a moment when global fashion brands are actively diversifying sourcing beyond China and adopting technology to compress lead times and improve visibility — a structural shift that directly benefits platforms operating across the India–Gulf corridor and into Western markets.
Groyyo’s stated expansion into North America, Europe, and the Middle East places it at the intersection of these demand patterns. The company reports a revenue run rate of ₹500 Cr in FY26 with what it describes as "category-leading PAT margins" and is targeting revenue of more than ₹3,000 Cr over the next three years.
It has raised approximately $50 Mn to date, including a $27 Mn Series A, with backers that include Tiger Global, Alpha Wave, Sparrow Capital, and Stride Ventures.
"This round lets us go deeper into the categories and geographies where brands are asking for more speed, more transparency, and more reliability. The next phase for us is about scaling what already works — our factory network, our AI infrastructure, and our ability to compress the distance between a design and a delivered product — without losing the trust we’ve built with our partners," co-founder Subin Mitra said.
Groyyo competes with apparel sourcing platforms such as Fashinza, Geniemode, and ZYOD, and overlaps with broader B2B supply chain players like OfBusiness. It operates in a market valued at $120 Bn across SME manufacturing in the apparel and textile segment.
