Frontline Ventures, an Irish venture capital firm specializing in B2B software companies, has recently secured a whopping $200 million in funding for its two funds, Frontline Growth and Frontline Seed.

This substantial investment will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and expansion of B2B software companies across North America and Europe, fostering innovation in these regions.

Frontline's Seed fund, led by the talented trio of Will Prendergast, Zoe Chambers, and William McQuillan, has an impressive track record of investing in over 80 European startups in the past decade.

Remarkably, more than 70% of these startups have successfully progressed to Series A funding, while 60% have made their mark in the highly competitive US market.

The newly established seed fund will provide vital support to companies in their pre-seed and seed stages.

Their portfolio includes prominent companies such as Workvivo, Pointy, Qualio, Finbourne, Signal AI, Cloudsmith, and Overwatch, the latter of which was acquired by Benchling. These companies represent the cutting edge of B2B software innovation.

On the other hand, the Frontline Growth Fund, led by Brennan O'Donnell and Stephen McIntyre, focuses on empowering over twelve North American companies seeking to expand their presence in Europe.

Their primary focus lies in companies operating in the Series B to Series D stages.

Notable companies in their portfolio include MosaicML, Lattice, Vanta, Attentive, and Navan. Excitingly, the fund anticipates its first initial public offering (IPO) in the upcoming year.
