FreightFox raises Rs 5 crore from HighLeaf for logistics platform
FreightFox, a Pune-based logistics technology startup, has raised Rs 5 crore in a strategic funding round led by HighLeaf. The round also saw participation from Vijender Yadav, founder of Accops Systems, Puru Gupta, founder and operating partner at Proteus Partners, and existing investor Aeravti Ventures.
The company operates a Transportation Management System and control tower platform designed to help enterprises manage freight operations end-to-end. The platform covers freight procurement, execution, shipment tracking, invoice settlement, and sustainability reporting, with a control tower providing visibility across inbound, outbound, and other freight movements.
FreightFox has tracked and managed more than six million trips and enabled over $2 billion in freight procurement to date, with more than $1 billion in freight procure-to-pay transactions processed through its platform. It counts AB InBev, Bridgestone, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Hero MotoCorp, and CEAT among its enterprise customers.

The significance for global logistics buyers and investors lies in the scale FreightFox has already achieved within India's complex freight market. Processing over $1 billion in procure-to-pay transactions through a single platform signals real enterprise adoption.
As the company now uses the fresh capital to enter international markets, it presents a corridor-ready partner for global shippers looking to bring structured freight data and visibility to their India-linked supply chains.
"There is increasing recognition that freight operations need more structured systems," said CEO and co-founder Nitish Rai, adding that businesses were looking to reduce manual processes and improve visibility.
Founded in 2020, FreightFox previously raised $600,000 in seed funding from Aeravti Ventures in 2023. The new capital will be directed toward expanding enterprise sales and channel partnerships in India alongside the international push.
