Dubai's FinBursa launches FinBursa 360, an AI-powered private markets platform

FinBursa has launched FinBursa 360, an AI-powered private markets platform designed to integrate investment management workflows, deal execution, fundraising and investor relations.
The company said the platform is built for private equity, venture capital, private credit and other investment firms, and can be configured with custom branding and deployed within days.
FinBursa is based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), according to earlier coverage.
Founded in 2024 and co-founded by Ismail Badereldine, a former BlackRock director, FinBursa combines investment CRM, deal management, virtual data rooms, investor onboarding, fundraising and reporting tools.
FinBursa 360 also includes investor and counterparty portals on one system of record used by both the sell side and the buy side.

Why the AI-powered private markets platform matters
FinBursa said its platform addresses the fragmented technology stack common among private markets firms by bringing relationships, deals, documents and counterparties into one system.
Five specialised AI agents and a coordinating orchestrator can analyse deal pipelines, identify potential investors or buyers, support due diligence and generate research insights from connected operational data.
The platform can also draft investor outreach for team review, but nothing is sent without human approval.
“Most private markets firms have spent heavily on AI and say it isn't delivering yet. AI is only as useful as the information it can access and the actions it is permitted to take. For many firms, that information sits in five or six systems,”
said Ismail Badereldine, co-founder and CEO of FinBursa.
