Dispatch Network Raises Rs 5 Crore Pre-Seed Led by Antler India

Pune-based last-mile delivery startup Dispatch Network has raised Rs 5 crore in a pre-seed round led by Antler India. Angel investors Krishi Fagwani, founder of Thrive, Yashin Mahadevia and Parth Modwadhia also participated.

The fresh capital will be used to expand the company’s artificial intelligence team, which works on its proprietary Large Logistics Spatio-Temporal Model (LLSTM), a foundation AI model designed for intracity logistics and mobility. The startup also plans to scale to 50,000 orders per day across five cities.

Co-founded in 2023 by Rajit Arya and Navneeth Kannan, Dispatch runs a last-mile delivery network that uses AI to optimise order allocation, rider productivity and delivery routes. Its model sequences orders across multiple platforms, deciding which order a rider should take next and where the rider should wait for subsequent deliveries.

The company serves food delivery and quick-commerce platforms including Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Instamart and BigBasket. It also works with restaurants and stores through direct APIs and the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC).

Dispatch went live in Pune in June 2026 and plans to expand to Mumbai in November 2026. According to the company, its network has processed over 100,000 deliveries since launch. Monthly volumes rose from 3,014 in June to 55,000 in October, and the startup currently handles around 3,500 deliveries per day.

According to the company, its model has reduced empty kilometres by two-thirds, riders earn approximately 55% more per month than the industry average, and rider retention is 80% higher than the industry average.
