Disha raises $5.2M Series A led by General Catalyst

Disha has raised Rs 43.88 crore (approximately $5.2 million) in a Series A round led by General Catalyst. Existing investor Elevation Capital also participated.

The company did not disclose the valuation, but Entrackr estimates the post-money figure at around Rs 288 crore.

The platform, which rebranded from Curelink, provides AI-powered health coaching for diet, fitness and chronic-care management.

It operates across 15 conditions and delivers support in Hindi, English and Hinglish, offering 24x7 access. The company reports 70 lakh sign-ups and 3 lakh active users.

Disha’s proposition sits at the intersection of digital health infrastructure and the India-Gulf corridor’s growing demand for scalable, language-first chronic-care solutions.

For global partners and investors, the model demonstrates how AI-native coaching can reach mass audiences in vernacular languages. The company’s FY25 revenue doubled to Rs 4.91 crore while its loss narrowed to 22.5% of Rs 4.45 crore.

The fresh capital will be used for working capital, AI model development, business expansion and general corporate purposes, as per regulatory filings.
