DIP Holding IPO: Dubai Investments to Sell 20% Stake

DIP Holding IPO puts Dubai asset on DFM

Dubai Investments is selling a 20 per cent stake in DIP Holding in the first initial public offering in the UAE this year. The sale comprises 1.74 billion existing shares, with subscriptions opening on October 27 and closing on November 3. Final pricing is due on November 4, and trading is expected to begin on the Dubai Financial Market on November 11.

Dubai Investments will retain 80 per cent of DIP Holding, assuming the offering size remains unchanged and all shares on sale are allocated. DIP Holding owns Dubai Investments Park, a mixed-use development near Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port. The district hosts warehouses, hotels, retail outlets, schools and medical centres, and is home to 1,000 tenants, 5,700 subtenants and more than 150,000 residents.
